PCB Design Special!

2" x 2" PCB's (or smaller), 2 layer, 100 components or less = $300.00 +$50 for "re-spin".

4" x 4" PCB's (or smaller), 2 layer, 200 components or less = $600.00 + $100 for "re-spin".

We specialize in low-noise PCB design, suited to:

            Analog circuits

                 High-gain pre-amplifiers (op amp circuits)

                 Analog-digital (A/D) anti-alias "front ends"

Digital-analog (D/A) reconstruction filter "back ends"

Linear power supplies - Linear LDO circuits

Switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) - current path controlled circuit layouts

           Digital circuits

                 Microcontroller circuits, etc.

           Mixed Signal Designs

Please contact us to discuss your mixed signal PCB design needs. With                               "simple" circuits a 2-layer PCB may be okay. For most mixed-signal designs,

we recommend as a minimum a 4-layer PCB (preferably more).

This is for "schematic capture and PCB layout ONLY".

The circuits must have been qualified as working  - no design or simulations offered at this rate (call or send me an email for full-fledged design).

Re-spin simply means that in MOST cases, "little" things on the PCB are corrected; for instance, you may have used an 0603 SMT device, when in fact a 0805 device may be more appropriate. This does NOT include "design changes".

Rarely have I seen a "first pass" PCB be "perfect". It's not because of your bad design or mine, it's simply a fact of life. If you change the circuit, it's a new board...
