Electronics design:
Analog, digital and microcontroller circuit design: including specialized devices such as sound “chips” and custom ASICs. These include but are not limited to devices from Alpha Semi, Sunplus, General Plus, EMC, Winbond, Nuvoton, Sonix, etc.
Analog circuit design: op amp, specialty analog device circuits, pre/post "aliasing" filters for A/D-D/A. Audio filters, Low-noise, high-gain preamps, battery operated circuits.
Microcontroller programming: (Microchip “PIC” assembly and MeLabs PIC BASIC Pro, some “C”)
Schematic capture: OrCAD, Diptrace
Printed circuit board design for prototype and production: – single to multi-layer PCB - all technologies (SMD, through-hole) using OrCAD and Diptrace including 3D model export for use in 3D modeling programs.
Switch-mode Power Supply (SMPS) design: utilizing Texas Instrument and Linear Technology devices.
Linear power supply design: Low-noise linear power supply design.
Amplifier design: Class A, AB, D audio amplifier design
